Just a day after the latest BlackBerry from Research In Motion was
released nationwide, the phone is available for free at Wal-Mart.
The BlackBerry Bold, currently exclusive to the AT&T network, hit stores on
Nov. 4. And it doesn't seem to have taken long to drop its price.
Wal-Mart is now offering a 100% rebate on the phone, effectively
discounting its $199 tag with a two-year contract. The offer is valid online
only. But it requires a $80 per month plan at the least, with 1350 minutes
and unlimited text messaging.
